Generally I'm not big on places that do burgers, but this place is the exception. I was seriously impressed by the choice of other food, apart from burgers, and I did indeed have a very fine burger, in a gluten free bap with vegan cheese which of itself was a bit of a surprise cuz I didn't expect it as a menu option!! Generally, the place was very clean & well organised with really pleasant, helpful staff. The food was of high quality too, hot and well cooked. I won't peer down my nose at burger joints in quite the same way again, Hubbox was a bit of a revelation!!
The staff is great, everyone is kind and willing to help, the food is also very good, I had one of the best burgers ever! BUT we waited for 30+ minutes for 2 coffees, and the food took ages to arrive at the table.
The food was great, we ordered two gluten-free burgers and two regular ones for lunch and they were all very tasty. The staff was so kind and helpful and the place itself is very comfy, with great views and well-located.
Good food, massive portions, and about £10 cheaper per person than the restaurants on the other side of the square - the weekday lunch deal is an absolute steal. Lovely to sit and watch the boats. Staff super friendly.
We had a great experience at Hub Box Falmouth. The food was delicious and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were absolutely lovely - friendly, welcoming and couldn’t have been more willing to help us. They made sure we had a table with plenty of space for our pram, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!!
